Description
Arbitration services refer to a professional process for resolving disputes without going to court, conducted by a neutral third party known as an arbitrator. This activity includes the following: • provision of neutral and independent arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, including mediation and dispute adjudication boards, aimed at resolving disputes in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; and • all services necessary for the effective resolution of disputes, including, the determination and management of arbitration and ADR proceedings, the provision of administrative and logistical support, expert services, the organisation of hearings, and the issuance of awards or decisions.
